Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date the quote was obtained. Quotes are only valid for properties in England and Wales. Capital Conveyancing will require a payment of £120 (incl. VAT) for the 'no completion, no fee' guarantee element of your quote to get your conveyancing underway. Our 'no completion, no fee' guarantee means that, in the unlikely event that you fail to complete your move, you will only pay your Solicitor for disbursement costs to third parties incurred on your behalf. Your payment on account will not be refunded; however, the payment of £120 can be used on any future conveyance with the same solicitor. This quote is subject to our standard terms and conditions.
